What to expect

This preparation report supports guided workplace practice. It does not analyse speech, certify a language level or provide adaptive voice conversation. Automated correction of open answers and persistent course progress must be verified separately before being presented as available features.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier charge. To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with your purchase email, date and amount. These terms do not limit applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
